Returns
At DUN wallets returning products is very easy. Would you rather have a different color or do you prefer to return your wallet for a full refund, just let us know. We want you to be happy with your purchase above all else.
Conditions
The following conditions apply for returns:
- The wallet is undamaged and sent back in original packaging.
- The wallet is returned within 30 days of receiving date.
Return Procedure
The return procedure has the following steps:
- Give us a notice that you would like to make use of the return option. Mention if you’d like to exchange, or receive a full refund.
- You will receive a return address to which the item(s) can be shipped.
- After we receive the returned product(s) we process your full refund within 5 days, or we send the replacing wallet(s). Potential differences in purchase price will be settled.
