At DUN wallets returning products is very easy. Would you rather have a different color or do you prefer to return your wallet for a full refund, just let us know. We want you to be happy with your purchase above all else.

Conditions
The following conditions apply for returns:

• The wallet is undamaged and sent back in original packaging.
• The wallet is returned within 30 days of receiving date.

Return Procedure
The return procedure has the following steps:
1. Give us a notice that you would like to make use of the return option. Mention if you’d like to exchange, or receive a full refund.
2. You will receive a return address to which the item(s) can be shipped.
3. After we receive the returned product(s) we directly process your full refund or we send the replacing wallet(s). Potential differences in purchase price will be settled.
