At DUN wallets we maintain a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Within our philosophy only a satisfied customer counts. So if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase just let us know. You can either choose to change the wallet for a different one, or receive a full refund. The total purchase value will be refunded after DUN wallets has received the returned product(s).

Conditions
The following conditions apply to the 100% satisfaction guarantee:
The wallet is unused, undamaged and returned in the original packaging.
The wallet is returned within 30 days of receiving date.
Please note: The customers is responsible that the return shipment is delivered safely at DUN wallets (please bear the return shipping costs).

We offer a year long guarantee on all our products for any manufacturing defects. This excludes normal wear and tear that might show over time.
